PUBLIC NOTICE
Under Section 8 of the Land (Tenure Conversion) Act 1963
The Land Commission of Papua New Guinea will hold hearings for land Tenure Conversion Applications, including certain Section 15 applicants and national land matters for Milne Bay, NCD & Central Province.
Deferral Notice – National Capital District (NCD) & Central Province
Please be advised that the hearings for NCD & Central Province is deferred to 13th November 2025 at Muruk Haus, Government Printing Office, Waigani, 9:30am. All interested parties, applicants, and objectors are encouraged to attend. Please refer to notice below.
Milne Bay Province
A hearing will be held on Tuesday, 21 October 2025 at 9:30am at the Alotau District Court.
